Digital By Design AEAF Win an iPad Terms and Conditions 1. Digital By Design Pty Ltd of 5-7 Cleg Street Artarmon 2064, (“Digital By Design”) is the sole promoter of this competition. 2. To qualify for the draw, you must have attrended the Australian Effects and Animation Festival (AEAF) Awards Screening at Hoyts Cinema, The entertainment Quarter Moore Park, Sydney on 11 August 2010. 3. One entry will be included for each individual that attended the event. 4. The winner will be drawn on Thursday19th August 2010 at 5pm at the offices of Digital By Design. The winners will be notified by mail, email or telephone by Friday 27th August 2010. 5. The winner will receive one iPad Wi-Fi 16GB, Apple part number MB292X/A (“the prize”). The prize must be taken as offered, is not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged and is not transferable. The prize does not include installation, set-up or other products or services not explicitly listed in these Terms and Conditions. Total prize draw value $629 inc GST. 6. The prizes must be collected from Digital By Design at 5-7 Cleg Street Artarmon NSW 2064 within 30 days of notification of availability for collection. The date of availability is subject to the delivery date of the prize to Digital By Design by Apple. If the prize is not collected within this timeframe it will be forfeited and a re-draw for any uncollected or unclaimed prize may take place on 30th September 2010 at the same place as the original draw. 7. Digital By Design's decision as to the winning entry is final. Digital By Design will not enter into any correspondence or discussion concerning the competition after the prize is drawn. 8. If this promotion can not proceed because of any matter beyond the reasonable control of Digital By Design, then Digital By Design reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion. 9.
